HiPhoneRepair is a residential business so virtually all repairs are done on a mail-in basis. I strive to provide both fast and quality results at a reasonable price.

Many standard repairs can be completed the same day it arrives & shipped out the next. More complex repairs may take longer, due to the need to probe the board and diagnose the source of the problem. Keeping in touch and letting you know what’s going on is a top priority, you’ll always know where we are at in the process.

We  follow a “No Fix, No Fee” policy. If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay, except for return shipping.
